So-cal sunshine
and sweet summer treats,
what a delight,
I’d love to stay here and greet
the beautiful world around me,
so nice and neat.

Basking in the bright summer sun,
a romance novel in one hand
and a glass of pink lemonade in the other,
suntanning the day away.

Summertime fun,
summertime sun.

Chilling by the pool,
with you by my side,
giggling as the water splashes
and the party never crashes.

Enjoying the bright summer blooms,
pink, yellow, green, and blue,
all shapes and sizes,
it’s never too soon.

I want to spend it all with you,
